President Cristy Jones says fifty-one deals closed in Clay County, down twelve from last year; the average price was up eight percent to 214 thousand dollars; and the average time on the market was eighty-two days, down five from the third quarter of 2023. Year to date?
The average sales price in Dickinson County was up seventeen percent to 666 thousand dollars; 140 deals closed in the third quarter – exactly the same as 2023; days on the market: 111, up from 97.
Average home prices in Emmet County were also up in the third quarter – 23 percent to 193 thousand dollars. Thirty-one deals closed in July, August, and September – down just three percent. 59 days on the market, down 14.
