Spencer, IA (Northwestiowanow.com) — The 4-H Clubs of Clay County hope you visit their building if you haven’t for a while. Jamie Rusk Bloom is a co-leader with the Spencer Sparks and says a refurb was first envisioned a year ago.

Extension Youth Coordinator Jenna Steffen was enthused.

4-H’er Evan Storley coordinated most of the efforts.

And the deeper 4-H member Noah Palmer got into the project, the more he enjoyed it.

The remodeling of the 4-H building took approximately 500 hours.
