Estherville IA, (Northwest Iowa Now)— At the Estherville City Council Meeting earlier this week the council approved a resolution to provide a courtesy car for the airport. Paul Slaughter, owner of Estherville Aviation, spoke with KICD about the resolution.
Slaughter explains the importance of a courtesy car for small rural airports.
Slaughter, who had previously supplied the airport courtesy car for the past 27 years explains why it’s really the city’s responsibility.
Slaughter says that the new airport sign should be up in the next few weeks.
