Algona, IA (Northwest Iowa Now) — The life-size Nativity scene built by prisoners at the P.O.W. camp in Algona is a popular attraction during the holidays, but Museum Director Brian Connick says overall interest seems to be up.

A new 17 hundred square foot addition was dedicated Wednesday night.

A new feature will honor the Veteran of the Year.

The Camp Algona P.O.W. Museum is open every day in the summer 10-4 weekday and 1-4 weekends.
