Arnold’s Park, IA — The Okoboji Bible Conference returns for its 92nd year this weekend.

The conference begins Saturday, August 1, and runs through Saturday, August 8.

Executive Director Mark Schwarz says the free conference offers a week of speakers, concerts and special events centered on this year’s theme, “Endless Joy.”

Featured attractions include performances by The Browns of Le Mars and Christian artist Tauren Wells, a former American Idol finalist now touring with CeCe Winans. The conference will also feature nationally recognized speakers such as Rachel-Ruth Lotz Wright and bestselling author Joshua Becker.

In addition to the nightly speakers, the conference will host a women’s event featuring missionary Barb Van Wyk, a men’s breakfast with Pizza Ranch founder Adrie Groeneweg and a special Tuesday gathering honoring pastors and ministry leaders.

Schwarz says organizers work to provide a variety of speakers and events each year.

The young adult event “Nations and Nutty Bars” will also return after a successful debut last year, connecting attendees with international J-1 students spending the summer in the Iowa Great Lakes region.

Schwarz notes that while certain special events require advance registration, attendance at the conference itself remains open to everyone.
