Arnolds Park, IA (Northwestiowanow.com) — The Arnolds Park City Council took two steps this week to set construction of a new city complex in motion. City Manager Linda Nase says they’ll be selling 15 million dollars in bonds for finance.
Nase says the architect feels the new city hall, public safety, and library complex can be completed for less than 15 million.
The city of Arnolds Park considered multiple locations for city services but decided one complex constructed on the site of the existing city building is most feasible.
