Arnolds Park, IA (northwestiowanow.com) — The Arnolds Park Public Library is holding a fall festival for kids between 2 and 5 Friday.

Library Director Kara Rice tells Northwestiowanow.com there’s also a move afoot to raise between 20 and 25 thousand dollars for Dickinson County to join the Dolly Parton Library project.

Donations can be made online to the Okoboji Foundation, or you can drop off a check at any of the public libraries in Dickinson County.
