Arnolds Park, IA (Northwestiowanow.com) — The Arnolds Park City Council voted to hire a construction manager to help plan a new city complex.
Councilman Mitch Waters says the consensus is to knock down the current structure and rebuild where it is.
The new complex will sit on the North side of the property with the library being most prominent.
The current City Hall offices in Arnolds Park is an old car dealership the city purchased in 1997. The city council hopes most of the project can be funded through TIF and Hotel/Motel tax proceeds.
