The average residential transaction for Dickinson County in the July, August, and September period was 731 thousand 905 dollars, up 8.2 percent from the same quarter in 2024. For the first 9 months of the year the average price was 682,851, twelve and a half percent higher than the previous year. There were 145 sales in the quarter, two more than the prior year.

The average home sale in Clay County in the 3rd quarter was 235 thousand 694 dollars, up 9 percent from last year. Year to date the average sale is 215 thousand 540 dollars, up 1 percent. There were 55 transactions in the 3 month period, up 4 from 2024.

The average home in Emmet County brought 155 thousand 396 dollars, down 24 percent from the 3rd quarter of 2024. Year to date the average price is 159 thousand 128 dollars, up 3 percent.

There were 33 transaction for the period compared to 31 last year.
