Alta, Iowa (NorthwestIowaNow.com) —  It’s “Back to the Fair” for the 2025 Buena Vista County Fair July 9, continuing through Sunday July 13th.  The grandstand entertainment includes races at the BV Raceway Wednesday, the Western Iowa Pullers Tractor Pull Thursday, and on Friday, Motocross, and live music with Sequoia Newland.  Saturday is the Demo Derby at 6 pm followed by Cory Waller and the Wicked Things concert.
Scott Amusements is hosting the carnival this year with rides and games, 4-H Livestock shows, plenty of fair food and the open class and indoor exhibits are a highlight.
Admission for the Buena Vista County Fair in Alta is free today, although admission is required to attend tonight’s races.   Find out more at www.bvcountyfair.com
