Sutherland, IA (NorthwestIowaNow.com)– A unique fundraiser with O’Brien County Conservation could get you your own living Bison. And if you win the raffle drawing, what you end up doing with the bison is up to you. Little Sioux Valley Conservation Association, friends group for O’Brien County Conservation, is helping raise funds for the main floor exhibit renovation at Prairie Heritage Center, located east of Sutherland.

PHC was opened in 2006, and this will be the first major renovation.

 

Renovation work is expected to being in May 2025, and the Center will be closed for a short time during that period.
