Everly, IA (Northwestiowa.com) — Northwest Iowans making the drive between Everly and Spencer every day are back to a normal commute for the first time since the June flooding.

As a result of extensive damage the bridge over Stoney Creek was demolished and put on the D.O.T.’s priority list for quick replacement.
After five months of detours the bridge reopened Tuesday night.
