Storm Lake, Iowa (NorthwestIowaNow.com) — An eighteen-year-old is facing multiple felony charges in Buena Vista County following a string of year-end burglaries. Achilles Bruce Williams made his initial court appearance Thursday after being served with an arrest warrant.

Authorities have charged Williams with eight counts in total, including three counts of second-degree burglary and one count of trafficking a stolen weapon used in a crime—all class C felonies. The charges stem from a series of incidents on December 27th that also included four counts of third-degree burglary involving motor vehicles. Williams has been appointed a public defender, and his arraignment is set for March 9th.
