Funeral Mass for Carol Jane (Kuker) Sernett age 86 will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Tuesday, July 14th at Resurrection of Our Lord – St. Sebastian Parish in Pocahontas. Burial will follow at Calvary Cemetery in Laurens. Visitation is scheduled from 4 to 6 p.m. on Monday, July 13, at Powers Funeral Home in Laurens, with a Rosary immediately following at 6 p.m. The family requests that memorial donations be sent to Mark Sernett in Laurens, Iowa, for distribution to charitable causes that were important to Carol. Arrangements are being handled by Powers Funeral Home of Laurens.
