Royal, IA (Northwest Iowa Now) — School resumes Friday at Clay Central Everly. Superintendent Kevin Wood says grades are being combined at the upper grade levels.

Wood says the upper floor at the building in Royal has also been remodeled for collaborative learning spaces.

CCE is one of a handful of school districts to receive state money for after school activities.

Clay Central Everly is a Kindergarten through 6th grade district and has a tuition agreement with the Spencer Community schools for 7th through 12th grades.
