SPENCER, IA (Northwestiowanow) – Fair CEO and Manager Jason Brockshus has announced the entertainment act lineup for the 2025 Clay County Fair, which returns September 6–14. This year’s schedule features a mix of returning favorites and new attractions, all included with gate admission.
One of the most notable additions is the return of animals to the fairgrounds. “Sea Lion Splash,” sponsored by Bath Fitter, will feature daily performances by trained sea lions and their handlers. The interactive show is expected to be a major draw for families and children.
Also returning is the “Tons of Foam Party,” a high-energy event featuring music, foam cannons, and a family-friendly atmosphere. Sponsored by Clear Choice Exteriors, the event will be located south of the 4-H Building and will run daily.
Additional entertainment includes Kayla James Juggling, a roaming performer who will appear three times daily at surprise locations across the fairgrounds. Educational programming will also return to the Good Health Saunas Discovery Stage, including “Math & Music Fusion” and “The Awesome Ag Magic Show.”
All shows are included with general admission, which is $12 at the gate or $9 in advance. Children 12 and under are admitted free daily. For full schedules and updates, visit www.claycountyfair.com.
