Spencer, IA (Northwestiowanow.com) — A Spencer man was arrested on drug charges Saturday morning.

39 year old Caleb Brewer was pulled over in the 1900 mile of 360th Street shortly after 8am and taken into custody for driving under suspension. Deputies say they found a marijuana vape pen in his possession and also charged him with 3rd offense possession of marijuana.
