A Celebration of Life for 74-year-old Connie Tischer of Estherville will be Saturday, October 4th from 3-5pm at the Estherville V.F.W. Canteen.  A private family service will be from 2-3pm.  Martin-Mattice Funeral Home in Emmetsburg is in charge of arrangements.
