Spirit Lake, IA (Northwestiowanow.com) — Dickinson County has hired a new engineer. Jeff Rose is currently employed by Jacobson-Westergard in Estherville and will take over responsibilities of the county’s road department next month. The position opened up when Cole Budach left Dickinson County for the County Engineer’s job in Clay County.
Retired Sioux County Engineer Doug Julius is helping Dickinson County on an interim basis.
