Des Moines, IA (Northwestiowanow.com) — The Iowa Natural Heritage Foundation is up against an October 31st deadline to raise money for that environmentally sensitive property east of Arnolds Park.

If the property can be bought it will be donated to the city of Arnolds Park and managed by the Dickinson County Conservation Board.
