Spencer, IA (Northwestiowanow.com) — Clay County Deputies made drug arrests after two recent traffic stops.

Around 1:30 February 14th 22 year old Dylan Morales of Clarion was stopped in the 3000 mile of Highway 18. He was charged with possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.

19 year old Christopher Clark Junior of Ruthven was pulled over – also in the 3000 mile of Highway 18 – around 7 o’clock Monday night. He was charged with possession of marijuana, drug paraphernalia, and possession of tobacco as a minor.
