Estherville, IA (Northwestiowanow.com) — Two area Sheriff’s Departments have released information about seperate drug arrests.
Palo Alto County Sheriff John King says two Emmetsburg residents were charged after his department went to 2805 Schroeder Drive Apartment 9 last Tuesday to deliver civil papers and spotted controlled substances. 33 year old La’ Niece Green and 34 year old Daniel Hart were both charged with possession of Marijuana with the intent to deliver and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Emmet County Sheriff Mike Martens says a Savage, Minnesota woman was charged after a traffic stop Friday. He says 21 year old Hailey Hawk was pulled over for speeding on highway 9 and the Deputy observed controlled substances in her vehicle. She was charged with first offense possession of methamphetamine, first offense possession of marijuana, and possession of drug paraphernalia. She was also charged with interference with official acts and escape from custody after an unsuccessful attempt to flee.
