Spencer IA (Northwest Iowa Now) – Two Spencer men were arrested on multiple drug charges Monday afternoon.

According to the Spencer Police Department, a search warrant was executed at 810 East 11th Street in Spencer.  As a result, 63-year-old Earl Halbur of Spencer was arrested and charged with possession of a controlled substance, methamphetamine 3rd offense; possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver marijuana; possession of a controlled substance THC wax; felon in possession of a firearm; person ineligible to carry weapons; and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Also arrested was 32-year-old Dylan Halbur and charged with possession with intent to deliver methamphetamine; possession of controlled substance marijuana 3rd offense; failure to affix a drug tax stamp; possession of controlled substance methamphetamine 3rd offense; and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Both men were taken to the Clay County Jail without incident.

Dylan Halbur is being held on $27,000 bond and Earl Halbur is being held without bond.
