Estherville IA, (Northwestiowanow.com) – On Monday night Estherville Lincoln Central schools held the first public town hall on their facilities master plan. ELC Superintendent Aiddy Phomvisay says he is very pleased with the community turnout and feedback he’s hearing.

Phomvisay tells northwest Iowa now that one priority would be adding air conditioning throughout high school.
