Estherville, Iowa (Northwest Iowa Now) — The Estherville City Council and Emmet County Board of Supervisors have agreed to adjust the Ambulance Service contract, and City Manager Penny Clayton tells Northwest Iowa Now.com more:

At the City Council meeting on Monday, Clayton says they also agreed to accept grants to help with some projects.

Clayton says they are hopeful the dam work will be done this winter, and remaining construction in summer 2026.
