Estherville, IA (northwestiowanow) The Estherville Chamber of Commerce recently had their annual fall banquet.

Estherville Chamber of Commerce director Lexie Ruter explains that they gave out two entrepreneur of the year awards and one business of the year.

Ruter says the citizen of the year award was a complete surprise.

Ruter talks about some chamber events coming up this year.
