Estherville IA (Northwest Iowa Now) –Estherville Lincoln Central Schools has made an update to their district goals in an effort to simplify them district wide. New Superintendent Aiddy Phomvisay spoke with Northwest Iowa Now about the new goals.

 

Phomvisay says that one of the keys to a successful school district is that everyone feels safe including staff members and students.

 

Phomvisay also mentioned as a goal for ELC was the retention and recruitment of students and staff.

 

Phomvisay replaces long time ELC Superintendent who left earlier this year.
