Estherville, IA (Northwestiowanow.com) –The city of Estherville is looking to having their downtown traffic lights evaluated by Bolton-Menk Engineering.
City Administrator Penny Clayton says the city is having the five downtown lights evaluated due to the fact that the equipment is from the 1980s and difficult to work on.
Clayton says the city can apply for a grant funding to assist with upgrading the traffic lights after the study is complete the study by Bolton -Menk will cost $9,500 dollars.
