Milford, IA (Northwestiowanow.com) — The Iowa Department of Economic Development on Friday approved $1.35 Million in tax credits for Rosenboom Machine and Tool to convert a boat dealership in Milford into a production and material handling facility and warehouse for industrial cylinders. Corridor Development Corporation CEO Curt Strouth told KICD News last week it’s part of the state’s “BIG” program.
Company President Brian Rosenboom appeared before the Milford City Council last month when they officially endorsed the company’s grant request. He indicated the average wage at the new facility will be $25.54 per hour – which also meets one of the state’s requirements for assistance.
