Spencer, IA (Northwestiowanow.com) — Spencer Fire Chief Jesse Coulsen has the January stats for his department.

Coulsen says training for the current set of volunteers never ends, and neither does recruitment for new members.

The new volunteer Liutenants are Brian Mohr and Nick Beneke.
