Sioux Rapids, IA (Northwestiowanow.com) — Cities everywhere are discussing the explosion of motorized scooters that children – and adults – are riding on streets and sidewalks. State Representative Megan Jones from Sioux Rapids chairs the House Transportation Committee and is reluctant to write a “one size fits all” law statewide.
Jones tells KICD News the problem is national.
