Estherville, IA (Northwestiowanow.com) — A former math and science teacher has been selected as the new Superintendent for Estherville Lincoln Central. Andrew Armstead has experience in both Iowa and South Dakota’s education system.

Armstead says his wife, Freshman daughter, and 7th grade son are all excited about the move.

Northwestiowanow.com asked Armstead what his goals would be in his first year at ELC.
