Milford, IA (Northwestiowanow.com) — The Milford Fire Department was dispatched to a working fire in a garage near the high school late Sunday afternoon. Fire Chief Jim Carpenter tells KICD News it was doused quickly, and there’s no obvious cause.

The fire department was at the scene for about an hour. The Dickinson County Assessor’s website lists the owner of 1412 10th Street as Benlee Limited Liability Company.
