Fairmont, MN (Northwestiowanow.com) — The Minnesota State Patrol says a Milford motorist was struck in rural Martin County Monday afternoon.

47-year-old Jacob Fontenot of Milford was Northbound on Highway 15 three miles South of Fairmont, when he was struck by an Eastbound SUV driven by 62-year-old Patrick Graif of Fairmont.

Fontenot and a passenger in the Graif vehicle were not injured. Graif was taken to the hospital in Fairmont with what were described as non-incapacitating injuries. All three were wearing safety belts.
