Primghar, IA (Northwestiowanow.com) — A person reported missing from Martin County Minnesota was found dead in O’Brien County over the weekend.

Sheriff Brian Devereaux tells local media his office was contacted Saturday to be on the lookout for the individual. The person’s automobile was found near the Little Sioux River North of the O’Brien County Prairie Center around 3:30 and the body was found a short distance away.

The Sheriff says family members had received concerning texts, and foul play is not suspected.
