Memorial services for Mr. Billy Hughes, age 88, of Spencer will be held Saturday, April 4th at 2:00 p.m. at Warner Funeral Home in Spencer. Visitation will take place one hour prior to the service at the funeral home. Military honors will be conducted by the American Legion Glen Pedersen Post #1 and V.F.W. Clay County Post #3159. Burial will be at a later date. Following the service, a reception will be held at the funeral home. Warner Funeral Home of Spencer is in charge of arrangements.
