Spencer, Iowa (northwestiowanow.com) — For 25 years, Iowa Great Lakes Lutheran School has offered a Christian education to students in Spencer and surrounding areas. And this week, Principal Sarah Popp says they are celebrating the expansion project adding additional rooms to the school and showcasing the educational opportunities for students.

There is also an event Sunday Morning at First English Lutheran Church in Spencer, with the students’ performing songs and an omelet meal for anyone at the service.

Popp says there are over 1800 Lutheran Schools in the United States, and they share a common goal.
