Spencer, IA (Northwest Iowa Now) — One can’t walk for any distance at the Clay County Fair without seeing a nutty bar stand. Paige Gaedke with the Spencer Y tells More 104.9’s Rhiannon it takes a lot of man hours to serve all that product.
