Hartley, IA (Northwestiowanow.com) — The O’Brien County Sheriff’s Department has charged an Ocheyedan man for allegedly ramming his vehicle into another vehicle on purpose.

Online documents show 20 year old Aaron Ortiz has been charged with assault while displaying a dangerous weapon, domestic abuse assault with the intent to inflict serious injury, along with first degree criminal mischief – a class C felony.
