(Northwest Iowa Now) — At the Spencer City Council meeting earlier this week the department heads gave their monthly statistics. Police Chief Mark Warburton gave statistics for the month of October.

Warburton welcomed new officers to the department.

Warburton gave an update on the departments K9 progress.

Warburton hopes to have the K9 and officer back as soon as possible.
