Armstrong, IA (Northwestiowanow.com) — One man was transported to the hospital, and six have been displaced by a Wednesday morning apartment building fire in Armstrong. Fire Chief Wesley Leach tells KICD News members of the public had contained the blaze before they arrived.

 

Leach says the State Fire Marshal’s office has been called in to determine an official cause.

 

 

The Armstrong Fire Department was at the scene for approximately two hours.
