SPENCER, IA (Northwestiowanow) – A portion of N14 (310th Avenue) is closed to regular traffic due to ongoing maintenance or emergency conditions, local officials announced Wednesday, June 18.

The closure impacts the southern half-mile of the 4200 block and the northern three-quarters mile of the 4300 block. While emergency vehicles may still access the area via the ditch bottom or shoulder, all other vehicles are instructed to park at the nearest gravel intersection and continue using ATVs or UTVs.

Authorities urge residents and travelers to plan alternate routes and adhere to posted signage and detour instructions. The expected duration of the closure has not yet been disclosed.
