Spencer, Iowa (northwestiowanow.com) — The “Spencer Speculative Building” in the Spencer Technical Park South is now complete. The Iowa Lakes Corridor Development Corporation announced this significant milestone for the 30,000-square-foot facility, which is designed with an open floor plan and expandable features, offering maximum flexibility for future businesses.
You can see the completed building on 4th Avenue as you head west out of Spencer. This project was regional collaboration, made possible through partnerships with the Iowa Lakes Corridor Future Fund, Corn Belt Power Cooperative, Iowa Lakes Electric Cooperative, Clay County, the City of Spencer, and Spencer Municipal Utilities. Additional support came from the Iowa Area Development Group.
You can celebrate this achievement at a ribbon-cutting event tomorrow, Tuesday, July 1st, at 9:30 AM. It’s open to both media and the public.
