SPENCER, IA (Northwestiowanow) – Motorists traveling along N14 (310th Avenue) should prepare for significant access restrictions as road work continues through the area.

The south ΒΌ mile of the 3900 block, along with the entire 4000 and 4100 blocks, are now closed to all traffic except emergency vehicles. Emergency responders may still access these sections via the ditch bottom or shoulder, but all other vehicles are advised to park at the nearest gravel intersection and proceed using ATVs or UTVs.

Meanwhile, the 4200 to 4700 blocks of N14 remain open to landowners and emergency vehicles. These sections can be accessed either from gravel intersections or from the south via B63 (480th Street).

Officials have confirmed that no paving work will take place next week, though access restrictions will remain in place as crews continue with other phases of the project.

Residents and travelers are encouraged to plan accordingly and use caution when navigating near the construction zones.
