SPENCER, IA (Northwestiowanow) – Parts of N14 (310th Avenue) are currently closed or have limited access.

As of this morning, Tuesday, June 17, the 4300 block of N14 (310th Avenue) is closed to all traffic except emergency vehicles, which may access the area using the ditch bottom or shoulder. All other vehicles must park at the nearest gravel intersection and continue using an ATV or UTV.

The 4400 to 4700 blocks are accessible only to landowners and emergency vehicles, with entry available from gravel intersections or from the south via B63. Meanwhile, the 3600 to 4200 blocks, running from HWY 18 South to B53, have a milled surface and remain open to landowners and emergency vehicles under normal conditions.

Drivers are advised to avoid the area unless necessary and to follow all access guidelines.
