Spencer IA, (KICD) – The South Park Mall in Spencer has been a topic of conversation since the flood. Recently a lot of rumors have started about the fate of the mall. Steven Williams who is charge of real estate for the mall spoke with KICD about the mall re-opening.

Williams said the mall is using the flood as an opportunity to improve the mall.  He hopes to have the mall opened by the holiday season.
