Spencer, IA (Northwestiowanow.com) — School’s Out, Pool’s Open. Spencer Park and Rec Director Bob Fullhart told KICD News last week the structure was filled with water, treated with chemicals, and heated up for opening day today.

Today had been the scheduled opening day for the aquatic center in Estherville, but it has been postponed due to an unforeseen technical malfunction.
