Fire Chief Jesse (JESS-e) Coulsen says his staff was busier this July than last, but because of medical calls.

 

Spencer Library Director Sarah Beth Fuchsen says the summer reading program has wrapped up with 414 participants logging 78 hundred hours with a book. And the new “Next Chapter” program starts this week.

 

And Fuchsen reminds residents of Spencer there is a tool library if you need to borrow equipment to clean up after the Derecho.
