Spencer IA, (Northwest Iowa Now) –On September 29th the Clay County Sheriff’s Office responded to a report of a motor vehicle crash at 200th Ave. and 380th St. Officers on scene stated that two vehicles were in the ditch with heavy damage and no drivers on scene.

Following thorough investigation, the Sheriff’s Department determined that Bardon Kruse of Royal and Shawn Doyle Also of Royal were the operators of the vehicles.

According to the investigation Kruse fail to yield to the right of way at a blind uncontrolled intersection. That the intersection was blind due to standing corn.
