Spencer, IA (Northwestiowanow.com) — City department heads gave their monthly reports at Tuesday’s Spencer City Council meeting.

 

 

And Mark Warburton serves as Police Chief.

 

 

Both the fire and police departments were involved in training in August including an active shooter training the police department put on for Spencer Community School teachers.
